Your 3-Step Intake Process
Submit Secure Contact Request
Fill out the brief contact form at the bottom of this page. This notifies our administrative assistant, Lorrie, of your clinical interest.
Activate Portal & Eligibility Screener
Lorrie will register your secure profile and email you an activation link to your private TherapyNotes Portal. Once logged in, you will complete a private 2-minute Eligibility Screener so we can verify that our focused telehealth model is a safe, appropriate, and legally authorized fit for your location.
Complete Consents & Scheduling
Following clinical clearance from Dr. Jansons, Lorrie will release your formal clinical consents and online scheduling link directly to your secure portal. You will then select your preferred dates and begin your evaluation journey.

Important Clinical & Operational Disclosures
Under PSYPACT regulations and state licensing boards, psychodiagnostic services are legally delivered at the physical location of the patient during the live session. You must be physically located in the State of Illinois or an active, participating PSYPACT member state at the time of your live video appointments.
SheSpectrum provides highly focused adult autism diagnostic evaluations. We do not provide general mental health therapy, comprehensive neuropsychological testing, ADHD evaluations, learning disability assessments, or forensic/court-ordered capacity evaluations.
All clinical evaluations are independent and neutral clinical investigations. We do not sell “autism tests” or guarantee a specific diagnosis. You are purchasing Dr. Jansons’ expert clinical assessment, integration, and professional diagnostic opinion.
